How fast can you start?
Usually within a few days of signing, depending on what's already on my plate. If something's urgent, say so on the intro call and I'll tell you honestly what's doable.
What if I need more hours than my package includes?
Extra hours beyond your package are billed at $60/hr, always with your approval first, so there are never any surprise charges.
How does billing work?
Invoices go out monthly and are due upon receipt. A 10% late fee applies after 7 days.
Do you sign an NDA?
Yes, available for any client handling sensitive or confidential information. Confidentiality is the norm here, not an add-on.
How do I keep track of my hours and requests?
Every client gets a private portal I built. You can see hours used, remaining, and rolled over in real time, pay invoices, open shared files, send new requests, and sign agreements, all in one place.
What if I only need help with one project, not ongoing support?
That's what the à la carte option is for — a single project, billed hourly, no ongoing commitment.
Can I change or cancel my package?
Yes. Packages run month-to-month, with 14 days' written notice to end services.
What industries do you work with?
Any woman-owned business. Coaches, consultants, boutique retail, real estate, wellness, and plenty that don't fit a neat label. If you're running it and the admin is piling up, we can probably work together.
