We collect what you choose to share:
- Contact form. When you send a message, we collect your name, email address, and the details you provide — your business name, what you need help with, your preferred package, and your message.
- Booking a call. If you schedule an intro call, our scheduling provider collects the information you enter to book and confirm it.
This site does not run advertising or analytics trackers, and we do not use cookies to follow you around the web. To keep the site secure and running, our hosting provider automatically processes basic technical data such as your IP address and standard server logs, and may set essential cookies.
How we use your information
We use what you share to respond to your inquiry, provide and manage the services you ask about, and communicate with you. We do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone.
Service providers we rely on
A small set of trusted providers helps us run the site and communicate with you. They only process your information to provide their service to us:
- Resend — delivers contact-form messages to our inbox.
- Zoho Mail — our business email inbox.
- Cloudflare — website hosting and security.
- Cal.com — scheduling, if you book a call.
How long we keep it
We keep the messages you send for as long as we need them to respond and to keep reasonable business records, and we delete them when they are no longer needed.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information you have shared with us at any time — just email admin@mlva.pro. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under privacy laws such as the Colorado Privacy Act. We honor those rights and will not discriminate against you for exercising them.
Children
This site is meant for business owners and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our business or the law changes. When we do, we will revise the date at the top of this page.
